Good food and fun atmosphere
The planters outside were full of cigarette butts with no apparent attempt to keep or make it clean. We each ordered a lunch special and they didn't have enough product left for two orders so they split it in half and still charged us full price for two meals.
Make sure to stop in for the perch dinner...that only comes with TWO pieces of perch. Not impressed.... Or you can order six mozzarella sticks for almost $8.
This place is fun for all whether you want quiet and cozy or upbeat and crowded. It's big enough to satisfy both at the same time!
Unfortunately, I can only give this 2 stars and here is why. The food was great, the service I thought was good too. We got a new waitress, an older blond lady with glasses. Everything was fine until we got ready pay the ticket. We noticed a 2$ charge and asked what it was. The waitress informs us it was the lettuce and cheese for the burger, fine. I go to the ladies room to wash up and heard the waitress loud and clear through the back kitchen entrance talking to someone about us, we were the only diners there. She said many cuss words and was just so mean about us asking about the 2$. I've never in my life! We were so kind to her and even complimented the food! My husband left her 2$ on the tip and as I gave it to her, I told her to be more careful what she said about her customers, the kitchen door is right next to the ladies room. When we left I heard a wow...apparently she noticed her tip.
